Trio Pro Tempore was founded in 2020, but due to the corona shutdown, its debut was postponed to 2022, where the trio garnered great recognition for both its playing and exciting repertoire at concerts in the Chamber Music Association of 1868, the "Natmandsforeningen", in the Furesø Music Association, in Vangede Kirke , in Roskilde Musikforening, in Haderslev Musikforening and in 2023 in Pro Musica Simrishamn in Sweden.
Among Trio Pro Tempore's distinguishing features can be mentioned the rare, very good-sounding instrumentation and the fascinating repertoire. Furthermore, the trio represents three generations, both wind players are from the Tivoli Gardens Musikkorps, and in 2021 Lasse Mauritzen and Henrik Bo Hansen released the CD Music for Horn and Piano on Gateway Music, as well as a release of some of the valuable, not so often played repertoire is among Trio Pro Tempore's immediate future projects.
The three musicians have put together a program with works by e.g. Saint-Saëns, Reinecke, Gershwin, Robert Kahn and Alexander Glazunov.
